Damaged During Shipping
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for any damaged orders that occurs during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if your order is damaged in transit.
Incorrect Orders
If your order is incorrect, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at inquiries@essenceofshea.com within 72 hours of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item(s) received.
